  About Order

  How to place an order on your website?

  Step 1: Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart or click the "Buy Now" button.

  Step 2: Click checkout, fill in your address and select a delivery method. Don't forget to write down your contact email so that you can receive order confirmation and delivery information emails.

  Step 3: Complete payment through Paypal, Credit cards, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and then you will receive an order confirmation email.

  Step 4: After the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping email containing tracking information.

  How can I cancel my order?

  When will you send my order?

  1. Cosplay costumes are different from our daily wear, so the production time will be very long, and it usually takes 1-2 months to ship. If you cannot accept this, please purchase carefully.

  2. A very small number of products may have inventory, and we usually ship them within 3-7 working days.

  3. Processing during holidays, weekends and special events may be delayed.

  Order Status

  If the order status is "Processing":

  2. Your order has been shipped, but the courier has not updated the tracking number yet. Please feel free to contact us via email for more details.

  If the order status is "Completed":

  This means that your order has been shipped and you should receive an email from us containing a tracking number. You can click on the link in the email to view tracking information.

  How much is the shipping fee?

  1. Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After entering your detailed address, select the corresponding shipping fee based on what you are buying.

  2. Depending on what you are purchasing, we generally have four different ways of charging for shipping fees:

  • Clothing: $20 Shipping Fee
  • Clothing + 1 accessory (wig/shoes/props): $25 Shipping Fee
  • Clothing + 2 accessories (wig/shoes/props): $30 Shipping Fee
  • Clothing + 3 accessories (wig/shoes/props): $35 Shipping Fee

  Please note:

  The above fees do not include overweight or oversized props such as wings, long guns and swords which will be shipped separately at an additional cost that will be quoted by our transport company after which I will send an email informing you of this along with a payment link where you can pay for any difference in freight.

  The tracking information hasn't been updated for many days, what should I do?

  If the tracking information has not been updated for 1 week, please contact us. We will contact the shipping company to resolve the issue and inform you of the results within 1-2 days.

  Return and Refund Policy

  We only replace or refund items that have serious defects or damages.

  Cosplay costumes are not regular clothing, and the craftsmanship is relatively complex. During the production process, there may be slight hook marks, slight stains, and handmade traces such as glue overflow on the accessories of Cosplay costumes. In addition, during the violent logistics process of express delivery, it is normal for Cosplay costumes and accessories to suffer minor injuries due to squeezing.

  Please note:

  1: We do not accept returns or refunds if customers buy wrong clothes or sizes.

  2: If you find any problems after receiving the costume, please contact us immediately. If it exceeds 2 days, we will not accept returns or refunds.

  3: If the customer fills in incorrect address and contact information resulting in shipping errors and failure to receive the goods, we will not accept returns or refunds.

  What should I do if my order is missing or damaged?

  If you find that the clothing you received is missing items or has been severely damaged, please contact us by email and provide the following information:

  • You will be asked to send photos of the items and package received.
  • If the item was omitted from the original shipment, we will check our shipping system.
  • Once it's confirmed that there are missing items or damage, we will issue a partial refund or resend for those missing or damaged items.
